For this second book published on the Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing platform in 2024, I have continued themes from Wildfire: Poems for the Planet – written with Lisa Rossetti and with design by Cerian York – and put together a collection that voices further concerns about the climate and the direction humanity is heading. There are moments of light relief in falling chests of drawers, the elephant in the room and letters lost in the post, but the overarching aim is, once more, hope and aspiration for a better future, hurtling towards all of us at an alarming pace . . .
